Two men who were accused of murdering a man, his wife, and their two little boys could be cleared of all charges, if their defense attorneys get what they want.

The defense attorneys want the federal prosecutors to release a 911 call that they says proves that there is no way the two accused could have committed the murders.

According to toll booth records, the two men handed in a toll booth ticket at 3:02 a.m. The murder reportedly took place 9 minutes after that. The problem is that the murder took place more than 50 miles north of the toll plaza a mere nine minutes after the toll booth ticket was handed in.
